How to order

A clear, simple process. Nothing to install and no online payment: you pay in cash when your parcel arrives.

1. 01

   Find a product

   Use the search bar, browse the categories or brands, or search with the ASX product code shown on every item.

2. 02

   Add it to your bag

   Tap "Add to bag" on any product. Open your bag from the bag icon to check the items and change the quantities.

3. 03

   Send your order request

   Tap "Checkout", enter your name, phone number and delivery address, and choose how you would like us to contact you. Then tap "Send order request". No payment is taken on the website.

4. 04

   We confirm, then we ship

   A person from Asiorax contacts you to confirm availability, the total, the delivery cost and the delivery time. Once you agree, we ship your parcel and you pay the delivery rider in cash.
