Delivery Policy

Asiorax delivers authentic Korean beauty products to all 64 districts of Bangladesh by courier. You pay in cash when the parcel arrives.

Delivery cost

Delivery cost depends on your area and the weight of your parcel. Delivery is free on orders of ৳5,000 or more. We tell you the exact delivery cost before you pay anything.

Delivery times

• Products we hold in stock: 2–4 working days to most districts.
• Products we source on request from Korea: 7–14 days from the day we confirm your order.

When we confirm your order we tell you which of the two applies. These are estimates. Courier delays, public holidays and weather can add time.

How an order works

1. You send your order request on the website.
2. A person from Asiorax contacts you to confirm availability, the total, the delivery cost and your address. Your order is not final until we confirm it.
3. We hand the parcel to the courier and share tracking details when we have them.
4. You pay the confirmed amount in cash to the delivery rider.

Please help us deliver

• Give a phone number that you can answer, and a full address with a landmark.
• If the courier cannot reach you, the parcel may be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange delivery again.
• Check that the parcel is sealed and undamaged when you receive it. If it is not, see our Returns and Refunds policy and contact us within 48 hours.
