This policy explains what personal information Asiorax collects, why we collect it and what we do with it. Asiorax is an e-commerce brand run by Twin Angel Hub.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number and delivery address when you send an order request.
- Your email address, only if you choose to give it.
- The products you order, and your order history, linked to your phone number.
- If you create an account, your username and anything you choose to save there, such as favourite products or Skin Advisor answers.
Why we use it
- To confirm, prepare and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
- To give support, handle returns and keep the records we need for accounting.
Who sees it
- The courier receives your name, phone number and address, because they need them to deliver your parcel.
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not send marketing messages without your permission.
Cookies and browser storage
We keep your bag and your language choice in your browser, and a sign-in cookie if you use an account. We do not currently use advertising or analytics trackers on this website.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for delivery, returns, support and accounting.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us on Messenger or use the Contact page. We may need to keep some records that we are required to keep for accounting.

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
