These terms apply when you use asiorax.com and send an order request. By using the site you agree to them.

Use of the site

You may browse and order from asiorax.com for personal, non-commercial use. Copying the catalogue, photos or text, or collecting them with automated tools, is not permitted.

Product information

We describe products as carefully as we can. Descriptions are for guidance and are not medical advice. Results differ from person to person, and we do not promise any result. Please read the ingredient list and cautions on the product page, and stop using a product if it irritates your skin.

Prices

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The delivery cost is confirmed before you pay. If we find a price error, we will tell you before we confirm your order.

Orders and payment

Sending an order request is not a contract. An order is accepted only after we confirm availability, the total and the delivery cost with you by phone or Messenger. You pay in cash on delivery. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or we cannot reach you, and we will tell you if that happens.

Authenticity

We select and source our products in South Korea. Our Authenticity page explains how we select products and what we do and do not claim.

Accounts

If you create an account, keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Our content

Photos, text and design on this site belong to Asiorax or to the brand owners. Please do not reuse them without permission.

Our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the law of Bangladesh.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. We may update them, and the date at the top of this page shows the latest change.
